Andrew had 4 servings of this meal. It's a simple meal! My ingredients:
1. thinly sliced beef, marinated in soy sauce and pepper
2. lots of different vegetables - broccoli, carrot, green and yellow capsicum, garlic, onion , green peas, jalapeno (the secret ingredient to add a bit of zing)
3. tomato/pasta sauce
4. some curry powder
I served with warm basmati rice with garlic.
