This is a bit of a stretch - I know. It's not exactly healthy. But who says I have to give up some good things in life like ice cream altogether?
Justification? :) I did a 30 minute walk around the park today. So I guess that makes me deserve some ice cream :-)
Just 1 scoop of ice cream plus all sorts of fruits. For my dessert bowl, I added:
1. Half banana
2. half nectarine
3. 3 big strawberries
