Poor Mud Ducks must have gone through some changes!
We had terrible service and had to clear tables ourselves!
The barista took far too long to bring coffee's out and we did not see him clear a single table, all the while it seemed as only one girl was doing all the work herself.
Food from the kitchen was good, but this place definitely is not run very well!

We too had terrible service this morning. The tables were clean so they may have learnt something at least.
There was only one other person in the cafe when we arrived - yet the food still took 30 mins to arrive.
It was a cold morning, but more than once the barista hooked open outside door without checking with us. It was clear it was just for his convenience.
My wife's coffee was cold. They did not provide a fresh one, they put it in the microwave! We are from Wellington where we have some of the best cafe's in the world, but still I don't expect to see that anywhere. A barista will always make a fresh coffee.
The waffles were cold! We checked and found out they do not even make them on site. For the price they charge I certainly expected they would be.
Now what do you think they do when the waffles are cold. You guessed it they go into the microwave and the plate is put back on the table.
This is the worst experience I have had in a cafe. We did get the money back for the waffles but that was it.
They have a lot to learn if they are going to stay in business.
